Take 4 tbs water and add 1 tsp manchurian masaala mix and mix well then keep aside.
Take a kadai add 1 tsp oil For simmer then add onions, capsicum, carrot and stir it.
Add cabbage and stir it again then add manchurian masaala mix water and cook for 2 minutes.
Add rice residual water and then add one by one soya sauce and red chilli sauce with little salt and again stir it.
Keep boiling on slow flame for 7 to 8 minutes.
Then add Maggi and cook again for 3 to 4 minutes.
Now it is ready remove from flame and serve hot by adding coriander leaves.
