Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 bowls rice residual water


  • 1 tbsp spring onions (chopped)


  • 1 tbsp onion (chopped)


  • 2 tbsp cabbage (chopped)


  • 2 tbsp chopped capsicum


  • 2 tbsp chopped carrot


  • 1 tbsp manchurian masala mix powder


  • 4 tbsp water (for dissolve the masala)


  • 1 tbsp soya sauce


  • 1 tbsp red chilli sauce


  • 1/8 tsp salt to taste


  • 4 tbsp maggi boiled


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • Take 4 tbs water and add 1 tsp manchurian masaala mix and mix well then keep aside.
  • Take a kadai add 1 tsp oil For simmer then add onions, capsicum, carrot and stir it.
  • Add cabbage and stir it again then add manchurian masaala mix water and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add rice residual water and then add one by one soya sauce and red chilli sauce with little salt and again stir it.
  • Keep boiling on slow flame for 7 to 8 minutes.
  • Then add Maggi and cook again for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Now it is ready remove from flame and serve hot by adding coriander leaves.
  • Enjoy this delicious rice water soup any time.
